In Tirol you can find two congress centers that have been awarded the Austrian Ecolabel and the Green Globe certificate: Congress Messe Innsbruck and Congress Centrum Alpbach. The K3 KitzKongress in Kitzbühel bears the Green Brand Certificate.
In Tirol, both Innsbruck Tourism with the Innsbruck Convention Bureau and Kufstein and the Convention Bureau Kufstein provide funding for national and international congress organizers, PCOs. Detailed information on the requirements can be found HERE.
You can apply for the funding via the Innsbruck or Kufstein region.
The amount of funding via the Innsbruck Convention Bureau depends on the number of participants. In Kufstein, the highest subsidy amount is € 3,000.

Applicants for funding can only be congress organizers, i.e. tour operators, travel agencies, PCOs (Professional Congress Organizers). Furthermore, it requires international participants, a minimum duration of 3 days, overnight stays in the region with proof of net overnight turnover.
