Tailored to your wishes and needs and its location on the outskirts of the mountaineering village Kals am Grossglockner, this establishment offers various work options and countless outdoor activities, or simply a place to relax.
If you need some peace and quiet, rent a Ticha – one of three triangular-shaped tiny houses – with a tranquil view of the forest and mountains of Osttirol. Set up your office at the spacious dining table and tackle whatever needs to be done in a unique atmosphere while enjoying a rich, regional breakfast that can be booked directly. Tichas also feature fully equipped kitchens – perfect for communal cooking evenings with your team, or you could sample the culinary delights of one of the local eateries.

One meeting room with rustic charm is located in the old barn. There are places aplenty in the 3000 m2 outdoor area with access to fibre-optic Wi-Fi, including a picnic meadow and various other unconventional spaces for work and meetings. In other words: this is the perfect place to think outside the box and spark new ideas!
The meeting room is highly flexible and can also be used as a fitness or yoga room, or even converted into a private cinema. The Kneipp pool is just a two-minute walk away and perfect for cooling off, reviving flagging minds after a long meeting, or as an invigorating start to the day.

Exercise promotes concentration. For the perfect work-life balance, countless kilometres of (winter) hiking and cycling trails in the Hohe Tauern National Park and myriads of breathtaking peaks are waiting to be conquered. Just imagine the head start in productivity of your team in the afternoon, after having absorbed vitamin D while skiing, doing yoga or indulging in some forest bathing in the morning sun. By the way: the (winter) hiking area is right outside the front door and the ski area can be reached within five minutes.

New work in verdant nature

Mesnerhof-C farm is considered a pioneer in combining the worlds of work and recreation. In the tranquil mountaineering village of Steinberg am Rofan – around 90 km south of Munich – Georg Gasteiger has transformed a vacant 400-year-old farm estate into a modern workplace in the countryside. As the “C” stands for community, teams have been coming together in the stunning natural landscape to create something new since 2013. The innovative and grounded spatial concept with its two accommodations Camp & Cabin is exclusively available to groups of 8 to 37 people.

Workshops take place in the huge former hay barn or in the cosy farmhouse parlour. Thanks to fibre-optic Wi-Fi, work is done wherever its convenient.
Teams can cater for themselves in two well-equipped communal kitchens or hire recommended chefs upon request. Originally designed for start-ups and SMEs, large corporations such as Airbus, Airbnb, Google, etc. are now also regulars of this Alpine establishment.
Mesnerhof-C was well-deservedly honoured with the New Work Award and named Office of the Year. On weekends, it also serves as a yoga retreat and hosts “slow events”, meaning family celebrations in a tranquil environment. Our tip: book well in advance!
