In 2021, the Convention Bureau Tirol (CBT) made a conscious decision to take on a pioneering role in terms of sustainability with its ReGenerationNow strategy and its associated catalogue of measures. Since then, the CBT has placed a strong focus on the implementation of the measures and their reporting.
With the reporting of the catalogue of measures, the CBT wants to provide a comprehensive overview of the status of its projects and goals. It enables the assessment of the achievement of objectives and the comparison with previous periods. Through this process, it is possible to measure and evaluate the success of the measures and its strategy. It therefore also serves as a decision-making basis for setting further measures to achieve the goals.
The commitment to public reporting should also serve as transparency of actions, as well as the improvement of communication and cooperation. It serves as a communication tool to share relevant information within the company as well as with external partners. It thus promotes effective cooperation.
Convention Bureau Tirol is committed to reviewing the catalogue of measures four times a year, so that deviations from the planned goals can be recognised at an early stage. It further helps to take countermeasures and to start new projects.
