Skiing, snowboarding and tobogganing are deeply intertwined with the Tirolean winter. But that is not all it has to offer.
From exciting winter adventures to cosy evenings in a alpine hut or a toasty campfire in the snow, a wide variety of incentives and team activities can be organised.

Foggy night adventures

Hiking in the tranquil landscape of Tirol’s brilliant nature and basking in the sun- or moonlight is a welcome change from the hustle and bustle of the ski slopes. Exploring guests participating in guided nature watch tours should bring a certain feeling – known in the tongue-twisting Tirolean vernacular as “Gspiar”, meaning an affinity with something – for nature and its inhabitants, as much natural phenomena can be observed in winter.

Co-piloting a snowcat

All aboard! Participants have the opportunity to take a seat behind the wheel of a snowcat under the guidance of experienced snow groomer operators and also gain an insight into the technical side of ski area management. Drifting in the snow

Pure adrenaline! Drifting electrical or traditional cars in the snow can be a thrilling and exciting team event. But it’s much more than just fun and games: Snow Training participants can test their driving skills on snow and icy surfaces and improve them in a safe environment.

Take off with Ischgl Skyfly

Two kilometres long, 50 metres high and 85 km/h fast. Glide over the snow-covered winter landscape with the Flying Fox, which takes you from the middle station of the Silvrettabahn A1 gondola to the roof terrace of the valley station, encompassing an elevation difference of 307 metres. With two parallel “wire slides”, two people can enjoy a little race as they simultaneously whizz downhill side by side.

Convivial evening in a mountain hut with torchlit hike and team challenge

The evening starts with a short torchlit hike up to the alpine hut. The real highlight then begins before dinner: building an igloo! Divided into teams, the snow structures are planned and constructed. Great, individual buildings are created through communication, division of labour and teamwork. To round off the programme, guests have the opportunity to sample delicious Tirolean delicacies in an inviting alpine hut.

Snowkiting

What works in summer also works in winter. Snowkiting teaches the team how to glide over the snow with a kite using the power of the wind, just like on water. Courses can be booked at the kite school at Lake Achensee, also known as the Tirolean fjord, which encompasses an incredible 13,000 square metres of ice.

Olympic thrill of the ice channel

Rush down the ice track in a bobsleigh, on a skeleton or even on a wok. Guests are sure to experience an adrenaline rush on the Olympic 1,270 metre track, with its 14 bends and roundabout in the ice channel at Igls Bob Track near Innsbruck.

Alpine Igloo

Teams experience a winter wonderland in the Alpeniglu Village. Group activities in the snow, a campfire in the evening and an overnight stay in snow buildings.

Winter Olympics

An individual Olympiad, tailored to your company, is compiled of various winter activities. Snow golf, snow bike races, tug of war, archery, snow volleyball – all encourages a little friendly rivalry amongst colleagues.
