“Forest bathing” in Modal Forest
Joined by our hiking guide Harald, you hike along the edge of the enchanting mountain village of Hinterthiersee via Breitenau and through Modal Forest. After special forest QiGong exercises, your group will take a forest bath – deliberately immersing yourselves in the soothing green. The power of terpenes and forest fragrances are harnessed to reduce stress, boost the immune system and promote good health. The forest bath is rounded off with a special relaxing meditation session.
Creative beer – guided tour of Bierol Brewery
Christoph Bichler and Marko Nikolic brew their own beer in Tirol. In Schwoich in Kufsteinerland to be precise. They do not produce any old beer, but so-called “craft beer”. The two brewers have been shaking up the Austrian craft beer scene since 2014. Their motto: “Borders are there to be crossed.” And they transgress these borders with extraordinary beers such as Mountain Pale Ale, The Padawan, El Patron… whilst losing nothing of their Tirolean panache. Would you like to watch these two master brewers at work? During a guided tour of the brewery followed by a beer tasting session, the two Bierol men will introduce you to their world of craft beer.
Off to the theatre! Unique supporting program in the Culture Quarter
Improvisational theatre is so much more than “mere” entertainment. It encourages creativity and boosts group dynamics. Together with the innpro improvisation group, you create a special theatre experience. The audience determines what happens next on stage. Programmes can be individually adapted to the group; the genre can also be selected at will. As a group you must react to the unforeseen together, interweave every interjection and turn it all into a story.
