From now on, congress, seminar and conference guests can travel to Kufstein comfortably by train and continue directly to their hotel from the station by bike, as part of the ”Bike Tirol“ initiative. Controlled by an app, the online bike rental service enables participants to travel from their accommodation to the event location, or head out to explore the surrounding natural landscapes after a busy day.

That is what we call Bike Tirol, the new bike rental system in Tirol.
It is a comprehensive concept, in which conference participants, guests, athletes and locals can travel directly to the bike rental location by public transport and cycle through the city and surrounding natural landscapes in a relaxed and sustainable manner. This new service is yet another step towards sustainable mobility change in the fortress city.
You can travel from the train station to your accommodation, event venue and then into the surrounding green natural landscapes to wind down after a busy day.
Quick and practical rental using the BIKE TIROL app
Conference attendees, guests and locals can rent e-bikes and bicycles via smartphone at the fully automated bike rental stations at three locations in Kufstein, Wörgl and Matrei am Brenner, each of which is equipped with 25 bikes. The bikes can be booked using the BIKE TIROL app, up to 14 days in advance, and returned to any one of the three locations.
