AREA 47 in the Ötztal Valley in Tyrol is considered Europe’s largest outdoor adventure park and is an exceptional venue for incentive trips, team-building activities, and corporate events. Spanning approximately 95,000 m² at the entrance to the Ötztal Valley, the facility combines sports, nature, event infrastructure, and dining to create a versatile experience space for groups and companies.

The offerings include over 40 outdoor and indoor activities in the areas of water sports, climbing, biking, rafting, canyoning, and caving. Of particular note is the large-scale Water AREA with a swimming lake, slide park, diving platforms, and an obstacle course—all included in the admission price and ideal for group activities. The program is complemented by a wakeboarding facility, a high ropes course, a Mega Swing, a Flying Fox, and guided outdoor adventures led by professional guides.

For business events, AREA 47 offers a complete infrastructure with meeting rooms, event spaces, two restaurants, and approximately 400 overnight accommodations right on the premises. This allows for the seamless execution of multi-day incentive programs, kick-offs, or team-building events. The location is specifically designed for groups and, upon request, offers fully organized programs, including support from experienced guides.
