This monastery-inspired house features four light-flooded seminar rooms with fiber optic internet: The Waldrast room accommodates up to 50 people, Serviten and Olperer each 30 to 40 people, and Peregrin 20 to 30 people. All rooms are equipped with a beamer or flatscreen, screen, flipchart, and whiteboard; two rooms are in the main building and two in the adjoining Waldrast Gallery. Seminar packages are bookable as day seminars, with overnight stays, or as individually customizable corporate packages. The culinary offering ranges from alpine breakfast to regional gourmet evenings.

The incentive program is strong in both summer and winter: forest bathing, Qigong, yoga, power spot hikes, guided snowshoe tours, torchlight hikes, and a private sledding run are available.
