Micro Adventures in Tirol

In our day-to-day lives, we are often driven by deadlines, goals and a multitude of impressions. As a result, the little moments can easily fade into the background. Mindfulness, short breaks and consciously taking in our surroundings help us to notice them again.

It is particularly easy to incorporate these little activities into seminars and workshops in the Tirolean countryside – as simple exercises that have a big impact in the moment.
We have put together a few venues here with exciting ideas on how this can be easily put into practice in Tirol:

A barefoot trail offers a number of health benefits: it awakens the senses, stimulates the cardiovascular system, supports the venous system, provides a natural foot reflexology massage, exercises the senses and gives the mind a brief respite.

The “Mühlbach-Besinnungsweg” in Alpbach is just a few minutes’ walk from the Congress Centrum Alpbach and is perfect for a little adventure. The path leads to a herb garden and past a number of sculptures until, after 300 metres, a small pond with a waterfall, a millwheel and Kneipp facilities comes into view.
