Gelateria Tomaselli, located at Baggersee in Innsbruck, is a modern ice cream shop that offers an authentic and entertaining program for incentive events, team-building activities, and company outings. During a roughly 60–75-minute production tour, groups get an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at daily ice cream production—from the selection of regional ingredients like Tyrolean milk and fresh fruit to the actual production process on the machines in the demonstration kitchen. The highlight is a tasting right at the ice cream machine, complemented by samples and background information on recipe development and the factory’s operations.
