Regional cuisine

The vegetable fields nestled between the village and city triangle of Hall in Tirol, Absam and Thaur in the Hall-Wattens region are popularly referred to as "Tirol's largest vegetable garden".

For generations, farms in the fertile Tirolean Inn valley have been cultivating a wide range of vegetables, from radishes to tasty rocket salad. For example, around 60% of all radishes grown in Austria and many other vegetables come from this “Gourmet Region of North Tirolean Vegetables”.

It is therefore logical that the journey from field to plate is a short one, and that the pleasures of regional culinary delights can contribute to the overall success of an event.
