Our light-flooded seminar room is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the terrace – ideal for creative breaks in the fresh air. The room covers a total of 166 m² and can be flexibly divided: as a large seminar room or into Room 1 and Room 2. Whether in U-shape, cinema-style, block, or parliament seating – the layout is entirely up to your wishes. Please let us know your preferred seating in advance – we will take care of the perfect preparation.

Please do NOT enter "Speckbacherstraße 1" into your navigation system – the address is in the pedestrian zone and can mislead some systems. Instead, enter "Bahnhofweg 3" – this will take you directly to the underground garage entrance (Post / Kaisersaal / Krankenhaus). Please drive directly into the underground garage and ring the bell on the left at "Reception". The parking fee of EUR 18.00 per day is not included in the room rate.
