Description

The Aggstein Distillery in St. Johann in Tirol offers a delightful program for day trips. On a guided tour, groups of 10 or more receive exclusive insights into the production of high-quality spirits, liqueurs, and schnapps – from the distillery to the mash room and right up to the oak barrel cellar. The immersive tour includes 13 interactive stations and conveys fascinating facts about the art of distillation. The experience concludes with a tasting of selected specialties accompanied by pastries in a cozy atmosphere. The tour lasts approximately 45 minutes and can be booked in advance. The attached "Schnaps Alm" invites you to sample and purchase high-quality souvenirs from a selection of over 90 regional specialties. An authentic Tyrolean culinary experience that combines information, entertainment, and conviviality.
