Information about the provider

"My Tyrolean World" as a Team Cooking Class with Excursion

  • Exclusive for your team: The cooking class "My Tyrolean World" can be booked as a closed event for groups – ideal as a culinary highlight or a teambuilding element as part of your meeting, seminar, or congress. Viktoria Fahringer leads the course personally and takes your team on a delightful journey through her Tyrolean world.

  • Excursion to the BIO-Demeterhof Knolln farm in Söll: Upon request, an excursion to the BIO-Demeterhof Knolln farm in Söll complements the experience. During this, your team gets to know biodynamic agriculture up close, looks behind the scenes of cattle farming, and learns where the meat comes from that is cooked together. An authentic experience that bridges the gap from producer to plate, making the shared cooking even more valuable.

  • Cooking actively with Viktoria: Up to 12 active course participants cook together with Viktoria Fahringer and experience the creation of the dishes firsthand – including personal stories about every course and many tips straight from practice.

  • Cookbook included: Every active course participant receives the cookbook "My Tyrolean World" (in German) – optionally personally signed by Viktoria – as a lasting memory of a shared experience and for cooking at home.

  • Dinner guests / companions: Additionally, companions who do not participate actively in the course can join as pure dinner guests and enjoy the food prepared together in a convivial setting – EUR 99,– per person. The number of dinner seats is flexible and can be combined ideally with the group size.

  • 8–10 dishes from the cookbook "My Tyrolean World", optionally as a meat or vegetarian version – upon request also fully vegetarian bookable.

  • Drinks: Kaisertal water still and sparkling is included unlimitedly; a welcome aperitif is served to start the shared meal.

  • Personal stories about each dish: Viktoria tells of her research trips through Tyrol, the producers, and the traditions behind the individual courses.

  • Dietary requests will be considered as far as possible (possibly at an additional cost, only upon prior request before booking).

Description

At Viktoria Fahringer’s cooking school—Viktoria is a TV chef, author, Forbes “30 Under 30” honoree, and Chef of the Year—guests enjoy culinary experiences that go far beyond a traditional cooking class.

Located right inside the Hotel Viktorias Home in Kufstein, the cooking school is ideal as a side event or team-building activity for conferences, seminars, and conventions in the Kufsteinerland region.

Viktoria Fahringer personally leads all courses. The topics are deliberately diverse, ranging from the “My Tyrolean World” cooking class to seafood and fish, as well as seasonal and international specialties—each course can be tailored to the occasion, season, and group. Upon request, we’ll work with you to develop a customized concept for your event.

As a shared experience, our courses foster communication, team spirit, and shared enjoyment—an ideal contrast to the daily routine of a conference.

Courses that include an excursion are particularly popular: for the “Organic Demeter Beef” course, for example, participants learn about the farm and the origin of the meat before preparing everything together. We can accommodate up to 12 active course participants, plus an unlimited number of dinner guests—perfect for mixed formats combining hands-on cooking with relaxed socializing.
