A Seminar at Lizum 1600 can be perfectly combined with a day on the slopes. Ski breaks can also be easily incorporated into the day’s programme here. The training centre is situated right next to the former men’s downhill run from the 1964 Winter Olympics.
The listed buildings of the Obergurgl University Centre, which have been carefully renovated and fitted with state-of-the-art technology, are situated right next to the slopes of the Hochgurgl-Obergurgl Ski Resort. Furthermore, the Alpine Research Centre is just a five-minute walk from the Gurgl Carat, the Congress centre.
The rooftop lounge at the Venet Gipfelhütte offers a breathtaking panoramic view of the Tyrolean Alps. After a Seminar or Workshop, groups set off directly from the Mountain Lodge/Hut on guided ski tours, snowshoe walks or straight onto the slopes.
What could be more inspiring than gazing out at the legendary Streif downhill run from the meeting room? Marvel at the slope from the conservatory at the Hotel Rasmushof Kitzbühel, then hit the race course yourself.
The Hotel Penzinghof is situated next to the Bauernalm cable car in the St. Johann in Tirol Ski Resort. After an early morning run, the slope leads straight to the ski storage room and on to the Meeting room, where the wintry scenery still serves as a source of inspiration.
From the Hotel Kohlerhof, the journey takes you up the mountain to the Spieljochbahn Valley station. For a creative break from skiing, you can also make use of the Spieljochbahn’s Conference room, situated at over 2,000 metres.
The hotel shuttle will also take your team to the two nearby ski resorts, Hochzillertal and Hochfügen.
After a fulfilling day of seminars, the team deserved a break. From Hotel Das Vier, take the Riffelseebahn up to the Pitztal Glacier Ski Resort and pay a visit to Austria’s highest-altitude café, Café 3.440. A skiing incentive can still be planned here, even in late spring.
