The 4-star resort, opened in 2023, positions itself as an unconventional MICE location: The landscaped jungle courtyard offers space for open workshops, seminars, and meetings for up to 30 people, while the Botany Bar is suitable for smaller formats up to 20 people. Seminar rooms for up to 60 people are available at the partner hotel, featuring two rooms for 10 to 60 participants. Accommodation includes 48 fully equipped apartments ranging from 26 to 93 m², ideal also for workation formats. The courtyard is furthermore suitable for car events and product presentations.
The resort offers support from its own event team from planning through to execution. The wellness area with infinity pool, saunas, and steam bath, along with the diverse incentive offerings of the region – from ski areas over Area47 to Timmelsjoch – make LifeSteil particularly attractive for incentives and team events with an active program.
Travel by train to Ötztal railway station. From there, regular buses operate to Umhausen. Upon request, LifeSteil also offers a paid shuttle service from the railway station or Innsbruck Airport.
The property offers 65 underground parking spaces and four electric vehicle charging stations. Parking is complimentary for overnight guests.
