Hunting like they did thousands of years ago: On 1.5 hectares of wild alpine terrain near the Talbach Waterfall in the Zillertal, groups can go on a stalking hunt with bows and arrows. The teams choose their own positions, estimate distances, and aim at up to 40 three-dimensional animal decoys—just like in a real bow hunt. Every shot requires careful consideration and the utmost concentration.
The 3D archery course at the Zillertal Activity Center offers an extraordinary outdoor experience that combines concentration, skill, and team spirit. After a professional introduction, participants learn the basics of intuitive archery before tackling the varied course with numerous 3D animal targets set in alpine terrain. The program is suitable for both beginners and advanced archers and promotes communication, focus, and a shared sense of achievement in a fun way. Depending on the program selected, the activity lasts approximately 2.5 to 3 hours. For beginners, courses and packages are offered for groups of up to 10 people; larger groups can be accommodated by arrangement. All equipment is provided; sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.
