Successful implementation of an innovative restaurant concept

Fashionably different

As with ice Q and 007 ELEMENTS, Tirolean architects, Obermoser, are responsible for the design. Visitors can look forward to a harmonious ambience in both the “Marktrestaurant” on the ground floor and the à la carte restaurant on the upper floor, characterised by bright and high rooms with large panoramic glass surfaces, which create a direct connection to the surrounding Ötztal mountains. The two south-facing sun terraces also impress with unique views. The restaurants can be reached via direct access from the slopes, a ski bridge or straight from the cable car station building. The payment system in the Marktrestaurant is also state-of-the-art. Payment is only made when leaving the restaurant; before which any consumption is charged to the ski pass, allowing diners to enjoy their hot meals more quickly.

Innocative food cocnepts

The new Marktrestaurant on the ground floor invites you to enjoy refreshments between summer and winter sports fun. Your stop may be a speedy one, but that doesn’t mean the quality of the food is anything less than outstanding. Choose from well-known classics, as well as modern trending foods and vegetarian and vegan dishes. Fresh dishes are prepared right in front of the guests in the show kitchen. Whether pasta, bowls or stir-fry: their individual composition knows no boundaries. On the upper floor, a modern restaurant welcomes guests with personal table service. The cuisine is characterised by regional and sustainable dishes of the highest culinary standards. Wine buffs can look forward to a varied menu with a focus on Austrian wines.

    • ca. 300  indoor and 200 terrace seats
    • 3 gastronomic sections with popular classics, vegetarian and vegan dishes as well as a “Slow Food Corner”
  • Upper floor:
    • À-la-Carte- restaurant with a special focus on Austrian cuisine with regional products and Austrian wine
    • ca. 100 indoor and 100 terrace seats
