Sustainability

The hotel operates with a 180 kWp photovoltaic system and a solar thermal system. A modern heating system measures the outside temperature and automatically adjusts the temperature to save energy. The surplus heat from the freezers, fridges etc. is fed into the hot water system and reused. Regional products are used in the kitchen, such as milk from local cows, meat and sausage products from the region and seasonal fruit and vegetables.
