Safe Meeting Details

The following rules apply to meetings in Tirol:

Status August, 02 2022

FFP2 mask obligation in public transport, supermarket will be abolished as of June, 1st and will only apply in vulnerable settings (e.g. hospitals, …)
For gatherings (events as well as fairs) up to 500 participants there are no restrictions
Events and trade fairs with more than 500 participants require a prevention conecpt and have to provide a COVID-19 representative.

Safe Service

The Convention Bureau Tirol as well as numerous partners from the quality-checked network of congress centers, event locations, conference hotels, event agency partners have been certified with the Safe Service ® certificate.
Tailor-made prevention concepts are required for safe events. “Safe Service” not only trains employees directly on their smartphones, but also provides the latest news on distance regulations, guest registration and entry tests.

COVID-19 prevention concept

There is no obligation to train a COVID-19 representative, but for events with more than 50 people, one must be appointed to implement the prevention concept.
The Convention Bureau Tirol is always up to date on the subject of COVID-19 and has also completed the training to become a COVID-19 representative. If you have any questions about the representative or the most important points of a prevention concept, our staff will of course be happy to help you at any time!
