Coworking Spaces in Tirol

Work and holiday combined

After a flexible year in the so-called “remote working environment”, we know that we don’t need an office to work efficiently. Even before COVID-19, a trend towards coworking spaces was emerging. Temporary offices also have advantages for the event industry. Because a business trip can be combined with a longer private stay and the change of scene gives new space for creativity.

Did you know that, depending on availability, some hotels in Tirol make their rooms available as coworking spaces? This is also the case with our partner hotel, AC Hotel Innsbruck.

Designed for modern travellers with an entrepreneurial spirit, AC Hotel Innsbruck caters for guests who see travel as an opportunity to gather knowledge, inspiration and ideas.

Special offers allow guests to use their room as a co-working space. Powerful WIFI connections, as well as delicious catering options, facilitate an undisturbed and productive day.

The modern, versatile AC Lounge on the first floor of the hotel also invites guests to use it as a co-working space. A PC as well as a printer are always available to guests for free use.

CoWorkation Alps

Coworkation is a play on the words, “collective, work, vacation,” describing a new trend of combining work with holiday.
Coworkations are organised trips or fixed destinations that enable an organised balance between holiday and working life.

Tirol can certainly benefit from coworkation devotees, as young, creative people, e.g. from metropolises close to the Alps, bring new input to the region and network with the local population and local companies.
All activities related to coworking are bundled in the CoworkationALPS network. CoworkationALPS aspire to use space sustainably and combine the potential of new working worlds with the high recreation value and flair of the Alps. Over 40 companies or institutions already belong to the Coworkation Alps network. The association’s task is to raise awareness of the coworking topic, network players within the sector and provide advice on questions relating to the topic.

You can find more information about the Coworkation Alps network here.
